It represents an ambitious and far-reaching project that seeks to actively involve its guests in nature conservation, sustainability and support for indigenous communities.
"An unforgettable experience. A trip with family and friends that I did not expect so great. We enjoyed Eywalodge Amazonas 4 days and 3 nights. Everything perfectly organized, from the pick up at the hotel in Iquitos to the end at the airport. We just had to enjoy to the fullest: the facilities (no photo lives up to reality), its gastronomy (varied, local and exquisite in its presentation and in its final result) and of course we have enjoyed with all the hotel staff (special thanks to Mr. Pablo for that musical welcome and farewell. Thank you Keila for having everything so organized and ready. And thanks to our guide Jerson, who knew how to adapt to our rhythm and proposals to make us enjoy and love this wonderful Amazon jungle. We were able to do a lot of activities: boat rides on the river to see dolphins, birds, monkeys and Amazonian flora, day and night walks through the jungle, visits to indigenous communities. My opinion: absolutely recommended."
"We loved Eywa Lodge. The place is incredible, in the middle of the Amazon, surrounded by nature and spectacular scenery. The lodge is very well set up, the rooms are very comfortable, with windows and roof covered by a mesh to keep insects out, they have a full bathroom and they give you a fan to withstand the heat. The common areas are very nice. Our guide, Jerson, was excellent; he is very knowledgeable about the area. Thanks to him we were able to see a variety of animals such as caimans, many species of monkeys, sloths, etc. during the excursions. The whole team of Eywa Lodge gave us a phenomenal treatment, Klaus the chef prepared us very tasty typical dishes, Keila made sure that everything was ok during our stay and Marcos our boat driver was always very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this place to visit the amazon!"
"If you are looking for an unforgettable experience in the jungle, this is the place. Not only because of how new and well cared for the lodge is, but also because of its location, its exquisite food, its attention to detail, its wonderful staff and the way in which the activities are adapted to your tastes, needs and schedule. It has it all! It is the feeling of being at home, comfortable and cozy in the middle of the jungle. The nights with the sounds of the jungle in the background and the quiet sunrises are pure peace. We couldn't be happier to have chosen the Eywa for our jungle getaway.... A great success!!!"
"At 62 years old, I never thought I would have enjoyed my experience in the jungle so much. Very comfortable facilities, familiar treatment and expert guides in finding wildlife that I had only seen in documentaries, and such a spectacular flora. It is impressive to be just a few centimeters away from different species of monkeys, to see how they breed butterflies in danger of extinction, and to enjoy beautiful sunsets while river dolphins jumped around us. And all this was taken care of by the hotel staff from the moment we landed in Iquitos. Thank you so much Eywa!!!"
"It has been a great few days! The environment, the rooms and the common areas very well kept and beautiful. We have eaten wonderfully! We tried different dishes every day and all of them were delicious! Thank you very much and congratulations to the cook! And what to say about the excursions... Jerson, our guide was excellent! He showed us his Amazon with much affection and feeding our curiosity. Thank you very much for making us enjoy like children and teaching us so many things! And Andres as his right hand with his wisdom has given it a special touch. We hope to come back soon!!!"
"I was with my wife and a couple of friends last week for 3 days and 2 nights. We had a wonderful time, from the pick up at the airport to the farewell at the airport. The whole Eywa team was ready to make sure we had a great time. The rooms were excellent, the food was very good and the experience was the best, thanks to Fredy who was always looking after everything. Thanks to Roni as well. The walks are the best, they have Wifi for those who do not want to disconnect so much, the sunsets on the river are spectacular. The nobility and human quality of the staff makes you not want to return".
"We stayed 3 nights and it was a spectacular experience. The setting is incredible. You are literally in the middle of the jungle! There is not a single building within miles! The guide Jerson is from the area and it shows. He did a great job showing us all kinds of birds and animals and always super attentive. The lodge is clean and comfortable and we ate very well. I recommend it 100%."
"It was a family trip and we enjoyed it very much. The experience in the jungle is fantastic. Jerson was our guide, for us the best. A very integrated and environmentally friendly place. 100% recommendable."
"Excellent jungle experience and VEGAN FRIENDLY! We stayed at Eywa for 4 days and it was an amazing experience. From jungle adventures to unforgettable sunsets, canoe rides, visits to the nearby community, and so much more. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. The lodge staff was very kind to us from the moment we arrived at the airport. They welcomed us and accompanied us to Iquitos where we spent the first night. Then in Eywa we found that all the details were taken care of to the maximum. The bungalows are beautiful, comfortable, and protected from all kinds of insects with mosquito nets, which was one of our biggest concerns. Keyla, our guide Marden and all the staff made sure to give us an unforgettable experience that we would definitely repeat. If you are looking to live a jungle adventure but without losing the comforts this is definitely your place!!!!! And they also offer very varied vegan options and a menu that adapts to everyone's preferences."
"I stayed with some friends a few weeks ago at Eywa Lodge and it was one of the most incredible experiences of our lives. A unique place and excellent treatment from the moment we landed in Iquitos where Keyla was waiting for us. We were evaluating other lodges in the area and this is a great value for money option that left us delighted. The location is very good as it is very close to the source of the Amazon and in the middle of a nature reserve, we are very glad we chose this area instead of Puerto Maldonado. We will not forget the night walks, the visit to the community of Puerto Miguel and the beers at sunset in the jungle. Many thanks to the entire Eywa team, it was a pleasure!"
