Eywa Lodge Amazonas - General Sales Conditions
These general conditions of sale regulate the relationship between Capadocia Amazonas Project SAC, hereinafter Eywa Lodge Amazonas and the customers of the establishment. The conditions govern all the steps necessary to make the reservation and the follow-up of the reservation between the contracting parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all reservations made through Internet platforms and through our reservation platform.
CAPACITY
The client acknowledges that he/she has the capacity to enter into contracts, that is, he/she is of legal age and is not under guardianship or trusteeship. The customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by him on his behalf or on behalf of all beneficiaries using their data on the site. The company reserves the right at all times not to enter into a contract with a customer who makes fraudulent use of the site or who does not comply with these general conditions of sale.
PAYMENT
Once the reservation is made, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to the client’s credit card. On the day of departure from the hotel, the customer will be charged the remaining 50%.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit and payment will be refunded as follows: 100% if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date 50% if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date
EYWALODGE AMAZONAS STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICE:
The client recognizes that there are potential risks or dangers in the jungle, in the rivers, on the excursions or on the property or facilities of Eywa Lodge Amazonas. Capadocia Amazonas Project SAC or Eywa Lodge Amazonas is not responsible for any accident, injury or illness of the guest that occurs while on the property, its facilities or during any excursion. Eywa Lodge Amazonas is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest or group. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the guest expressly assumes the risk of any damages arising from his/her stay at Eywa Lodge Amazonas or on Eywa Lodge Amazonas excursions. The Guest hereby releases Eywa Lodge Amazonas and its owners and operators from all liability associated with his/her stay at Eywa Lodge Amazonas, including transportation to and from the airport or any transportation during excursions. To ensure safety, the guest agrees to comply with all rules, guidelines and instructions provided by the management, guides and staff of Eywa Lodge Amazonas.
FLIGHT DISRUPTIONS
Eywa Lodge Amazonas assumes no responsibility for flight delays or losses experienced by clients during their trip to the city of Iquitos. In case the client’s flight is delayed and lands in Iquitos later than 15:30 hours, Eywa Lodge Amazonas cannot guarantee the availability of transportation to its facilities. In such an eventuality, the client will have to spend the night in Iquitos and Eywa Lodge Amazonas will be in charge of coordinating and paying for the overnight stay as well as transferring the clients to the lodge early the next day. EywaLodge Amazonas will not reimburse for nights of lodging lost as a result of flight delays or missed flights.
FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure means any external event beyond the parties of a character both unforeseeable and insurmountable that prevents the customer or the establishment of a part or all of the obligations under the contract. Each party shall be liable to the other party for breach of its obligations arising from an event of force majeure. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the parties, the performance of their reciprocal obligations and that each party bears the burden of the costs arising therefrom.
INSURANCE
We recommend that Eywa LodgeAmazonas clients take out travel insurance to cover all possible eventualities.
OTHER
Eywa Lodge Amazonas reserves the right to change room assignments at any time prior to the arrival of its guests due to weather conditions, repairs or unforeseen circumstances.
